Day 5- have a plan

You have to have a plan in life to stop thinking about things that don't help and don´t do any good to your life. In my case I will study an english class a digital journalism class and a marketing class. I will run a 10k and a half marathon this semester at Galveston.

Day 4- throw away junk

When you are in your house you should always throw away junk that you don´t need and it doesn't let a nice view in your house. It will make you feel better and it might take weight from you.

Day 2- Hang out with the correct people

So many times just to say i belong to this social group or you dont want to be left out, your are with people that dont add anything positive to your life.  Today is just of being around with cool people which make me better person. And have fun!

Day 1- Start

How difficult is to start something. You just say. Lets do it later! Today i started. Forty days of being a better person.
